After groups have their native title rights recognised, YMAC can offer professional support to their Prescribed Bodies Corporate (PBCs). These services are dependent on available grants, or through a cost-recovery rate.
We also advocate for PBCs to government funding bodies.

Cultural Materials Management
YMAC has received some project funding from the Commonwealth to work with two groups who have their PBCs set up to hold a workshop to find the most appropriate way to return and manage the files, records and cultural materials collected through the native title process.

In 2009, the Nyangumarta People of the North Pilbara had their native title rights formally recognised under Australian Commonwealth Law.
