Yamatji Marlpa Aboriginal Corporation (YMAC) is currently seeking a Corporate Receptionist to join the team in our Geraldton office. The primary responsibilities of this role are to provide reception and administrative services for the Geraldton Team.
Your duties will include:
Answering and directing telephone calls
Greeting and assisting all visitors and informing appropriate staff of their arrival
Maintain records of staff movements
Record and distribute all incoming faxes and mail in a timely manner
Efficiently provide information in relation to YMAC to all external enquiries
Ensure appropriate levels of stationary are maintained
Provide assistance to the Deputy Regional Manager when required in relation to Working Group Meetings and or Staff Meeting as directed. The ideal candidate will have excellent computer literacy, a professional telephone manner, exceptional professional presentation, the ability to multi-task to meet deadlines and a positive attitude to both internal and external stakeholders.
